The on-campus housing options at Gillette College are a home away from home to students residing on campus. Our residence halls create a robust living and learning environment and provide a supportive structure within. Students have the opportunity to explore many different possibilities for educational and social growth.

Summer and Fall 2026 Housing Application Opens February 17

Priority Application Deadline for Summer is May 5, 2026

Apply for Housing

First steps to begin the process for on-campus housing*:

  1. FILL OUT form to begin the housing application process. (this form is how the Housing Staff creates your eRezLife account to then email you the application to apply for housing)
  2. Complete the eRezLife Housing Application using the link received via email.

*Must be registered for at least 12 credits or more per semester to live on campus

Next Steps after Application

Steps for securing a spot on campus*:

  1. Complete and submit the Housing Application
  2. In eRezLife, submit the Medical Form and upload your MMR vaccine record
  3. Register for at least 12 credit hours
  4. Pay the housing deposit to the Business Office in the Main Building or by calling 307-681-6332
    • TO PAY HOUSING DEPOSIT ONLINE: Please follow this step-by-step process for paying your Housing Deposit online:

      • Click on the following link: https://nwccd.formstack.com/forms/paynow This will bring you to the NWCCD Business Office document where you make your payment.
      • Where it states, “Amount Due”…enter $200
      • Where it states, “Select one from the dropdown list”…select Housing
      • Enter your first, middle and last name
      • Enter your Phone Number
      • Enter your Student ID (if you have one)
      • Click on button at bottom of screen that states, “Process Payment/Submit”

      Once payment is submitted, each student will receive an email with the receipt of payment. 

  5. Check What to Bring/Prohibited Items List: VIEW LIST HERE

If you choose not to submit an MMR vaccine record, please complete and submit this religious exemption document. Keep in mind that it must be reviewed and certified by a public notary.

FAQs

The cost of living on campus is determined by your choice in Meal Plan and Room Type. Regarding your meal plan, you will be able to choose the number of meals you would like to have per week.

This covers your living area and meals for one semester. You will choose a certain amount of meals per week.

There are three different room styles to choose for on campus living; the student will share a bedroom with one other student and will share a bathroom that connects to another bedroom. The bathroom will be shared by all four suitemates.

  1. Traditional Freshman Resident Hall: Inspiration Hall
    • The student will share a room with one other resident and bathroom space with 3 other residents.
  2. Apartment Style – Sophomore Suites: Tanner Village
    • Double Room: The student will share a room with 1 other resident and share 2-3 bathrooms with 4-8 people, depending on the size of the apartment. (Apartment Sizes Vary)
  3. Apartment Style – Sophomore Suites: Tanner Village
    • Single Room: The student will have a room to themselves. They will share 2-3 bathrooms with 4-8 people, depending on the size of the apartment. (Apartment Sizes Vary)

The Priority Housing Application Deadline is August 1, 2025.  New Students should apply as soon as possible to secure a spot.  After you click Apply Now and submit your information, you will receive a housing email with instructions for accessing eRezLife and steps for completing your application.  By July 15th, you will receive an email regarding your Move-in Day and Time, where you will be placed on campus, who your roommate/suitemates will be, and where you will be. If you have any questions regarding this process, please email housing@gillettecollege.org.

All students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and submit all necessary documentation.

You may select your roommate and suitemate group in eRezLife once ALL residents in that suite or room have completed their applications.  All residents must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.

Residential Students will receive an email from the Residence Life and Housing Office prior to their arrival on campus.  By mid-July, residential students will receive their room placement on campus and will be notified if any documentation is missing.

Please login to eRezLife and submit a Housing Cancellation Form. You may also email housing@gilllettecollege.org with your request to cancel room and board.

How to Cancel Your Housing Contract

  1. Visit our Housing Website HERE to review our cancellation policy and fees associated with cancelling throughout the year.
  2. Login to eRezLife and fill out the housing cancellation form.
  3. Review the Residential Life Handbook for procedures regarding proper checkout.
  4. Schedule day and time to official checkout of your residential space.
