Move In Information
The primary residence hall move-in day for Fall 2026 is Thursday, August 20.
The Gillette College Housing Staff is excited to welcome you to campus for the 2026-2027 school year! Below, you’ll find important information regarding your housing assignment and move-in details.
Housing Assignment:
- For your Room information and Roommates & Suitemates:
- Go to your account on gillettecollege.erezlife.com
- Click on the ‘Housing’ tab on the left side of the eRezLife user-interface
- Click on ‘Fall 2026 – GC Residents’ to view living space information.
Move-In Requirements: Please make sure you have all the on-campus living requirements completed BEFORE you arrive on Move-in Day.
1. Paid $200 Housing Deposit to Business Office (New Students Only)
2. Registered for at least 12 Credit hours
3. Uploaded MMR vaccine record to eRezLife (New Students Only)
4. Uploaded Vehicle registration to eRezLife (if you will have a vehicle parked on campus)

- Check in located at Inspiration Hall Door 8 – Located off Slate Drive past the soccer field
Upon arrival, please check in at Inspiration Hall Front Desk, where you will receive your keys, Student ID, and other important information. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to the Housing Office at housing@gillettecollege.org

Residence halls are furnished, but students will need to bring their own personal and household essentials, including:
- If you had a Student ID from Gillette College, please bring it. We will make new ones if you don’t have one.
Shower curtain (not provided, talk to your roommates and suitemates about who is bringing this) - Bedding and linens
- Toilet paper and other paper products
- Trash bags and cleaning supplies, if desired, a few will be available for checkout at the desk.
- Returners – Your Student ID card. If you don’t have it, don’t worry, we will make you a new one at check in.
Parking and directions: You can enter campus on Slate St, continue past the soccer field. The parking lot to the north (left) will have plenty of room to park. The entrance is just east of the High Plains Grill.
REQUIRED HOUSING ORIENTATION
Required Housing Orientation is on Thursday, August 20 at 7pm in Presentation Hall in Main Building.
Meal Plans
- August 20: First meal will be Dinner, dining will be open from 4:45pm-7:15pm
- August 21: Lunch for convocation at 11-12:30 & Dinner 4:45pm-7:15pm
- August 22: Brunch 11am-1:30pm & Tanner Fest Cookout 5pm-7:15pm
- August 23: Brunch and Dinner
- August 24: Regular meal hours
