Welcome Pronghorns!
Week of Welcome (WOW) at Gillette College is a week-long celebration that kicks off the new academic year for both new and returning Pronghorns. With fun events, helpful resources, and plenty of chances to meet fellow students, WOW is all about helping you feel at home on campus.
Academic departments will host kickoff events with workshops and activities to introduce students to their programs and faculty. The Gillette College Convocation and New Student Orientation serve as the official welcome to our academic community, marking the start of your journey as a proud Pronghorn.

- Movie on the Lawn

- Extra Details: Free movie on the lawn. Free snacks and drinks. Bring a chair or a blanket. FAMILY FRIENDLY, everyone is welcome.

- What’s the Tea! Meet the GC Counseling Services

- Backyard Bash by the Bridge
- Time: 3 AM-7 PM

- Extra Details: Join us for some Back Yard Bash FUN! There will be Axe Throwing, Foamy Slide, and BBQ (close dining hall for dinner). Open to All Students, Staff, Faculty, Families, and the Public!
