We are here to support you on your journey to becoming a successful student at Gillette College.
To help you get ready, we’ve organized Registrations Days, where you can come to campus on a Saturday and check items off your list as you prepare for classes in Fall 2025.
Available Services
- Admissions Staff will be available to assist with applications and answer any questions about the admissions process.
- Advising Advisors will be on hand to provide guidance and support for General Advising, Self-Service Support, and Nursing/Health Science.
- Financial Aid Ask any general financial aid questions and schedule appointments for complex cases.
- Testing Accuplacer testing will be available for students to take.
- Accessibility Services Staff will be available to answer questions about accommodations.
- Counseling A counselor will be available to answer general questions and provide additional support.
- Business Office A representative will be available to answer any billing questions and process payments to your account.
- Housing A staff member will be available to assist with Housing Application and answer questions you might have about living on-campus.
- Library Obtain your library card and check out the available resources for students.
- CDL Program A representative will be available to answer questions about the CDL program.
Can’t make it to a Registration Day?
Make an appointment with your advisor to register for Fall 2025 classes. Book appointment with certain advisors based on your student type.

What type of student am I?
New Student
If you have never been enrolled in a class at Gillette College or haven’t taken a class in the last 12 months, you are considered a NEW student. You can only register with the Professional Advisor of your school. Tech program students must register with TECH Advisor. Arts & Sciences program students must register with A&S Advisor.
Current Student
You are currently enrolled in classes at Gillette College or have taken at least one class in the last 12 months. You can register for classes online with your faculty advisor or a professional advisor.
Dual Enrollment / Concurrent Student
You are currently enrolled at a high school in Campbell County or home-schooled and are taking credit for both high school and college credit. You can only register for classes with Geneva Wickham, Student Outreach & Enrollment Specialist. Questions? Contact Geneva.
Athletes
In order to maintain eligibility, you can only register with the professional advisor. Meet with your coach for advising assistance prior, if needed.
